CKT has facilities for manufacturing low cost fixtures and jigs for building 1 off or multiple parts, tubular or otherwise, in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We can work from CAD models or simple sketches and have TIG & MIG welding (including synergic pulse).
Our extensive range of tooling for our mandrel bender allows us to bend from 1″ to 2.5″ diameter (see list) and we work closely with other tube manipulators for sizes and radii that we do not cover.
Apart from our engine mounts and exhaust systems, including bespoke automotive for Aston Martin Heritage parts, we have produced seat frames, pump housings for oil spill recovery as well as modifying vehicles (including safety cages) for films.
Our welders take annual BC AR A8-10 weld tests and we operate full traceability with our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
On the rare occasion we can’t do something in house, we have a host of trusted local services to sub contract processes.
